What format are the photos in?
When you purchase an image from Stock Photos of Homes that image will be delivered to you in a compressed ZIP archive. This provides faster download times. Once the files are uncompressed they are TIFF images, therefore there is no quality loss that is sometimes associated with JPEG files.
What resolution and size are the photos ?
Hi-Resolution photos are at least 350 dpi at 8"x12" or approx 12"x12" if they are square in format.
Medium Resolution photos are at least 150 dpi at 6"x9" or approx 9"x9" if they are square in format.
Lo-Resolution photos are at least 72 dpi at 5"x7" or approx 7"x7" if they are square in format.
How do I receive the photos that I purchase ?
After you have paid for your photos you will receive an email with a link that will automatically download a ZIP archive containing your photo(s).
What currency are the photos prices in ?
All photos are priced in U.S. dollars.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we do not normally offer refunds. If there are special circumstance, we will be happy to discuss it with you. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.
Are there restrictions on my use of the Stock Photos of Homes images that I download?
Yes. While Stock Photos of Homes offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution or resale of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Some images also have Geographic Restriction, which prohibit the use in those States or Provinces. You will find these restrictions located in the image Description box located at the bottom of every image. Please also read the Terms of Use and Licensing. If you are unsure about whether a type of usage is allowed, please contact us to confirm.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. We will always announce in the NEWS section when new images are added.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Stock Photos of Homes and it's partners. If you are interested in becoming a partner please contact us by EMAIL only. |
